Shipping

Product will be shipped via UPS ground. Please allow 2-3 weeks  for product delivery. This does not apply to any custom order. Please contact us for custom orders.

 

Product Return

 Customers may submit a return request either in writing or via  e-mail to sales@earthwalktiles.com, within    30 days of receipt of  goods.

 Customer is responsible for the original shipping charge

 In addition the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Earthwalk Tile.

 A 25% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all returns.

 Customers must provide a copy of the original invoice with the  return.

 The product must be returned in its original condition and in its  original packaging.

 Customers refund will be applied once the product is received, inspected, and approved by Earthwalk Tiles L.L.C.

 

Policy and Terms

You may cancel within 48 hours of placing an order for a full refund.

 

Defective or Damaged Product

If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 3 business days.  We will then ship your replacement at our own  expense upon return of the defective item(s). Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted either by e-mail  customerservice@earthwalktiles.com or by phone at 216-641-7287 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA).
